Fender

A compact guitar with a '70s vibe that's ready to perform in any venue.

The Fender Tim Armstrong Deluxe Acoustic-Electric Guitar is a more traditional take on Armstrong’s original '70s Fender acoustic, with a solid mahogany top, bone nut and saddle, dot fingerboard inlays and Fishman® Neo-D soundhole pickup with end pin jack (just like Armstrong’s modded guitar). And the great accessories—the embossed leather "Let’s Go" strap and the deluxe textured vinyl-covered case with gold interior—were designed by the man himself.

Comments about Fender Tim Armstrong Deluxe Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

          Totally underrated guitar!!!

Fell in love with this when I first saw the Hellcat model. I didn't like the cat inlays but lucked out when I found this more attractive big brother. The guitar is solidly built and the mahogany body definitely swayed me away from buying a similarly priced guitar that uses HPL and richlite.

Don't let the fact that it's a Chinese made fender scare you away. It's a great guitar for the price and includes a high quality case. It's a beautiful finish, stays in tune and plays like a dream. The sound and build may not be on par with a US made Martin but this is still a beauty. Plays very clear and bright unplugged and really shines when plugged in. Great for finger picking but is no slouch when strumming. Fender really outdid themselves and seem like they are taking the right steps to get people to take their acoustics seriously.

I really love this guitar, I have not had it long but it has a really sweet tone and I think I will be using it for a long time to come. It looks great and sounds a lot better than a lot of the guitars I have played.
