Just received mine, very nice, affordable acoustic-electric guitar with awesome graphics, rich tone, easy playability and tuning.Product information should include that this guitar has the Fender FTE3-TN preamp with tuner, allowing separate volume and EQ controls (Bass, Middle, Treble). The guitar ships in a durable Fender Gig bag, but if you want an actual case the Gator Deluxe ABSDreadnought Guitar Case will work as a great fit.
I just picked up this guitar as a replacement for my old Takamine G Series A/E that literally fell apart after about 10 years. The fit and finish are really nice for the price range and the built in tuner is a plus. The MOP insers in the neck are a nice touch. The tone is nice as a straight acoustic, and plugged in it plays and looks like a real psycobilly machine!
I found this guitar online back in June. I placed a pre-order for it and was lucky enough to have been quick on the draw, or so I thought. Overall, it's beautiful; but when held upto the light ad in experienced hands you can see a lot of flaws in the paint and graphics. It sounds great have have gotten rave reviews from everyone who's played it. I bought mine for looks to help motivate me to play more. For the price, it's a real good deal. I haven't heard anything about the second batch, but hope that they're better.
