Comments about Gibson 2015 Midtown Standard:

The Midtown Standard is every bit a Gibson. It looks and feels like an ES335, at a fraction of the cost. After a little effort to figure out the auto tuning, I now like the feature. It makes it east to tune her up, & I can customize the tuning. My other electric is a Strat, & the Midtown Standard is a welcome edition.

Comments about Gibson 2015 Midtown Standard:

what a guitar....truly a hidden gem by Gibson, as I have never seen one on a GC shelf. Now it's not a ES-335 and is built different....but does have a real maple top (rather than a laminate) and it's 90% of the tone of a ES-335 IMO....and a little smaller (but not ES-339 small). I got the Pelham Blue model and dig the slim taper neck....get one while they last, they are a steal for the price.....

Comments about Gibson 2015 Midtown Standard:

I usually only play Telecasters but I have owned a decent amount of Gibbons and I'm not really a fan because I feel the quality and the playability of them are all over the place (Especially for the Price)

But this Midtown has the best fit and finish of any Gibson I have owned some costing 4 times as much and this Guitar is a just Pleasure to Play to Hear or to simply just Look at. It Excels in every way
