Overview
A one-of-a-kind semi-hollowbody in a one-of-a-kind finish.
Created by Gibson's Custom, Art, & Historic division, the CS-336 Electric Guitar is a thoughtful take on the Gibson's classic ES-335. It is crafted with a solid mahogany body and a maple top. The hollowed-out single-piece back, sides, and center block offer a performance closer to the solidbody camp than a traditional hollowbody, especially when it comes to resisting feedback. The shape is scaled-down from the 335 as well, offering the player more comfort from this re-engineered version. Black exposed-coil BurstBuckers deliver scorching vintage-tinged tone.
Cream binding on the body and rosewood fretboard, gold bumblebee capacitors, pearloid dot inlays, a black headstock edged in the body color make this guitar look as amazing as it sounds. Finished in cobalt blue, it's an ultra-modern take on a classic semi-hollowbody design.
