The easiest-to-play six string acoustic I own, action like butter, all even up and down the neck. Full sound, very crisp compared to my Martin D-35 (Brazilian rosewood). Really a lovely guitar. As I'm 60 years old, I'm sorry I won't be able to get in 30 years playing time on it...A little pricey, but if you need one all-purpose acoustic guitar this one could be it.
There was something magical about this guitar. It was unlike any j45 I've played before. Characteristically even toned, but the tone. Oh the tone. Slightly dark, growling, yet not booming. Crystal clear in the treble, and so alive. I think it's the spruce top. It projects across the room at your command. As an added plus, the neck plays like the wind. I would trade my hummingbird in a second.
