Gibson tradition with an uptown attitude.
The white binding and ebony fretboard set this Gibson electric guitar apart from the rest. The feel and sound come from a slim vintage '60s neck design with a smaller peghead, push-in-bushing green tuning keys, and nickel or gold hardware. Burstbucker Pro pickups feature Alnico V magnets like those used in the '50s. One coil has more wraps than the other, as did most '50s and early '60s "Patent Applied For" pickups. They're double-potted for a tighter, balanced, biting tone with more midrange. The Les Paul Standard has a mahogany body and neck with maple top and rosewood fretboard.

what a guitar lefty, and manhattan midnight I was told last one gibson has this color so I threw my money down in a big hurry!!two weeks later it was here the pics of this blue doesn't do any justice to the actual guitar(WOW)now about playability, set it up for my preference, and my guage strings, and now I will not take it out to play at the tavern sets, but it still gets played alot at home, the 60's neck and the ebony board is awesome, this guitar rocks through a avt150 marshall,as well as the solid state marshall mg250dfx,I bought it for collectors value and now I'm playing it constantly at home!Looks like it will be a well used collectible now!
