Comments about Gretsch Guitars G5436T Electromatic Pro Jet with Bigsby Electric Guitar:

This Gretsch (in orange) is a real gem, beautiful wood top, great value ! The sound and workmanship are second to none and are more like that of a guitar 3 times the price. Easy to play, great action and frets and LOTS of power when you need it. I wish I had bought one a long time ago. Can't find them in a store, but you can on MF and are well worth their price !!!

Comments about Gretsch Guitars G5436T Electromatic Pro Jet with Bigsby Electric Guitar:

I saw it on line and had to have it fell in love with the orange finish. It sounds great clean and comes alive with an over drive. My only grip was the neck is thicker then a fender or gibson but I am getting use to it

Comments about Gretsch Guitars G5436T Electromatic Pro Jet with Bigsby Electric Guitar:

I was pleasantly suprised when I played this little guitar. Gretsch/Fender states on the web that they used the DNA from a 70's Baldwin pickup they found in the R&D lab to create the pickups in this guitar. The sound is bright and chimey but has Ggretsch growl (as it should when pushed). The pickups are quiet. I can't stop playing this thing. I especially like the body mounted bridge which does so much to give the guitar good sustain. The Gretsch purists may like the old style bridges that are not attached directly into the body center block, but for my style of playing, I love this bridge setup. The Bigsby is great for subtle vibrato. This is one versatile guitar that is a joy to strap on and wail away with!
