A stage-ready Artwood with a solid cedar top, mahogany back & sides, and Fishman pickup.

This is a descendent of the old orchestral acoustic guitars, instruments designed to be audible over large instrumental ensembles in the days before amplification. The AW350ECENT Grand Concert is a member of the Artwood Traditional Acoustic-Electric series. These performance-level guitars share many features and are distinguished by their body style and woods used.

If you need a traditional guitar that can easily switch from acoustic to electric, you've found it here in the Ibanez AC350ECENT Artwood Grand Concert Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar. With a Fishman Sonicore Pickup and Ibanez SST Shape Shifter Preamp with Onboard Tuner, players will notice how smooth the transition is from acoustic to electric and back, and it will make playing live gigs so much easier.

The AC350ECENT features a solid cedar top with mahogany back & sides for warm acoustic tone. The Grand Concert body features a wider, 44.5mm neck and shorter 24.9" scale length, ideal for finger picking. Other refinements include a bone saddle on a distinctively contoured bridge and a headstock where tradition and modern style co-exist.

This Ibanez benefits from sophisticated electronics using a Fishman Sonicore pickup and an Ibanez AEQ-SST Shape Shifter preamp with onboard tuner to faithfully reproduce exquisite acoustic tones at any volume level. The AC350ECENT also features both 1/4" and XLR outputs for increased versatility.

Comments about Ibanez AC350ECENT Artwood Grand Concert Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

This is the 2nd Artcore series guitar that I have bought and I LOVE this instrument! Although the neck is only 1/16" wider than most other acoustics, I found that the neck radius and the extra width does make a difference if you like to fingerpick or play jazz chord solos. The action gets a little high around the 8-9th fret, but I have a luthier that can remedy that. This is a great deal and better than most guitars costing twice or three times as much. Yes, I said three times as much; simply because of the playability of the neck. The sound is beautiful with/without amplification.

    Ibanez Grand Concert Cutaway

Comments about Ibanez AC350ECENT Artwood Grand Concert Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Over all, I highly recomend getting this guitar. The guitar is awesome.

Pros The Fishman pick-up Built in tuner on pre-amp Grover tuners Satin neck Cons Gloss finish on body Little fret buzz along with either bracing or pre-amp buzz
This guitar comes with a Fishman pickup and Ibanez pre-amp with built in tuner, and must I say, it sounds fantatic! It features Grover tuners (one of the best features) that turn really smooth and stay in tune very well.
Overal quality of the guitar was good. The craftmanship of the guitar was alright. My guitar either has a buzzing braceing, or something on the pre-amp is viberateing every time I finger pick open E and especialy the open D string. I had a couple of flaws in the finish on the headstock but other then that, very beautiful finish. The body and top of headstock is a clear finish while the neck is satin finish. I compaired this guitar with a martin OOO size and this is what I got. The clear coat really does some damage to the sound and makes it sound wet and takes away alot of the natural sound. It sure as heck dont play like a martin, but it still plays very well.
The value of this guitar would be around $300-$500 concidering all the cons. The fishman pickup really over does it, and I absolutely LOVE it. This is my first acoustic guitar and I think I'm keepingit for the rest of my life. I aboslutely love it. But I have to say, my next acoustic is definetly a martin.
