I've owned this guitar for about three weeks. After seeing all the other rave reviews I thought I was going to get a good guitar. I soon found out, though, that I wasn't getting a good guitar at all, instead I got the most amazing guitar I have ever played, owned, or seen. Across the board this guitar single-handedy has over shadowed every other prestigious guitar in my mind. It seems that everyone has a Les Paul and with this guitar I truly don't think that is necessary anymore. I got the black flat transparent variety and the website makes it look pretty purple. Mine at least, is extremely rich and the darkest purple I have ever seen. I couldn't be more satisfied. As soon as took it out of the box and plugged it in and I was able to tune it within a matter of two minutes and start rocking with an instant sense of satisfaction. The sustain and tone were so addictive and rich that my mouth stayed open in awe for the whole day. The factory strings and pickups are absolutely amazing and, I must say, really surprised me. Our band's rhythm guitarist has a guitar with Duncan pickups in it and my factory pickups practically made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, that?s how good it sounded in a comparison. This guitar is very unique with its stainless steel pick-guard and seamless mahogany body. The neck looks amazing with its offset two dot pearl inlay on the 12th fret, and the pearl trim is just ridiculously gorgeous. I play through an Ibanez half stack and am going to purchase an Ibanez tube screamer reissue TS808 overdrive pedal so I can take full advantage of the soothing tones and sustain I get from this amazingly affordable guitar. With the price of this guitar, I have plenty of money left to upgrade the rest of my setup to really flatter this amazing buy. Your hands will never leave the neck, it just feels so smooth. I finally will feel comfortable to get back into the studio to record and will earn some well deserved respect with the Ibanez name branding another amazing product during live performances.

I have used this guitar numerous times to record, doodle around on and for afull band practice. I don't know why but cannot stand this guitar. It really is crap, and i love ibanez's too. First off, this guitar is so light light that its uncomfortable. when youre standing up the neck just saggs toward your feet. But the main thing is that it just really does not sound good. I play it through a mesa boogie amp and still i dont like it. I plays very much like my $99 harmony starter guitar i had 5 years ago, no joke.

perfect guitat

By atthedriveinkid

the first time i saw this guitar i knew i had to have it. so i checked it out online read about it and i was satisfied. it seemed like a guitar that would cost a fortune. i went to some shops and tried it out and it played beautifully. the action on the neck is so smooth it reminded me of playing on a les paul but a fraction of the weight and price. this guitar is worth every penny.

Great Guitar

I bought this guitar used at a local guitar store and it plays like a dream. It was my first guitar but it definately isn't just for beginners. This is a professional guitar that can be used for any type of music. I have used this guitar from when I first started playing until now, when I'm a good guitarist and it still works wonders for me. Strongly suggested for beginners to professionals.

Great guitar!

By Anonymous

from Undisclosed

I have owned this guitar for about 2 years now. The guitar is very will made and it can take a beating. The pickups were much better then i expected but i went ahead and put an EMG 60 and EMG 81 on it anyway. The neck feels great and the whole guitar is much lighter than an lp or other expensive guitars. A great axe.

Screamo Guitarist finds dream guitar

By Anonymous

from Undisclosed

This is my second electric guitar. I play hardcore/screamo guitar and I think I may have found the perfect guitar to fit that genre of playing. The pickups are above average for this price range (the neck pickup can be a tad muddy) but, overall it is perfect for what I do. Lots of power chords and fast riffs.

Great Long-Term Buy For Starters

By James Laslavic

from Coronado, CA

Are you looking to buy your first guitar? Want to keep it inexpensive, but don't want to get one of those cheap pieces of timber that'll last for two days? This is definitely your guitar. As versatile as it gets, this guitar can keep up with you.

The only Guitar you'll need

By Anonymous

I have owned this guitar for a little over a year and it is awesome. The neck has the large frets, which give it about twice as much sustain as opposed to any other guitar i have played. It stays in tune great and i rarely break strings on it. The brigde and neck pickups are both awesome for soloing and so i just switch them up and get 2 totally different sounds. i have played an SG and when i tried to bend up to the high notes it would just give out, but not on this. it has as much punch bending the 22nd fret as it does on the 12th. I love it, and i'm probably not gonna buy another guitar for a very long time.

Light guitar for HEAVY metal

By Adam-X4Qq_

I?m a small guy & Ibanez are my ideal guitars because of their light weight. On a brand like, Gibson, I can barely play it due to the unbalance in the neck & body. The AXS32 has a fast neck, although the fret board (where it meets the neck) is a little too boxy. This model is great for anything from grindcore to blues ? the natural, clean, tone is so bright & smooth, it almost has a chorus effect to it. My third favorite 6 string, next to the TC620 & SC420.

AXS32 - Awesome and versatile

By Diesel

This is one of the most versatile guitars in its class. It has the tone of my Les Paul, but bites like my JS600. It sounds great clean, which is hard to find in an electric under for a reasonable price!

BUENO!

I've owned this guitar for about a year now, and it's one of the best guitars I've owned. I sort of customized it to fit what I wanted, I had a Dimarzio Super Distortion humbucker put in the bridge, and a Bigsby Whammy bar put on. Buy this guitar if you want to be able to play pretty mucha any musical style.

Endless Love

By Bozang INC

Ok, this is my story. I had been searching for a new guitar for a couple of months now. I always found really nice guitars that i would consider buying, but they would never completely hit the spot. You know that feeling when something is good, but it's not perfect? Thats the feeling I had for every guitar I tried. Then one day, I saw this sexy looking shred machine hanging on the wall. I thought, what the hell, I might as well give it a whirl. I placed it in my hands and I felt this sensation come over me. Had I found my soulmate? My fingers practically made love to the fretboard as I began to play. Every hour felt like a minute. (Sigh) That's what true love is all about!
