Great Quality, Low, Low Price

Comments about Ibanez GART50QA Electric Guitar:

I may not own a lot of guitars, but with my acquaintances I've had a good bit of experience with a variety of guitar types and brands. ESP, OSP, Dean, Gibson, Fender, etc. And I have to say that Ibanez made a wonderful 'starter' guitar with the GART50QA.

It has a beautiful quality for an axe of it's price, and I have never once had a problem with the placement of strings, nor any buzzing of any kind (And this is the guitar I use when practicing with the guys.)

So in my own opinion, I believe it's a great STARTER guitar. Don't get me wrong, it IS a great guitar as I've said, but it's still no cigar.

It's a character

Comments about Ibanez GART50QA Electric Guitar:

Overall, this guitar is what its worth. dollars for a shobby, poorly made guitar. I mean, what the hell though right? If you're a kid like me and you just need an electric guitar until you can get your hands on something really nice, then this guitar is for you. Hey, its DEFINITELY not a gibson, but it isn't nearly as bad as the fender STARcaster. Overall, it serves its purpose and if you got binding on the neck or maybe change the neck entirely, this guitar would be pretty damn good. Get it if you need something for a little while, or if your in a heavy metal band and want to break something.
The Humbuckers aren't special but they certainly do get REALLY dirty if you're into that kind of stuff. The tuners are pretty good, the bridge works well with them and keeps the strings pretty much in tune. However, the neck is ridiculously uncomfortable and literally cuts up my fingers when i play.
This guitar definitely has horrendous quality. Though the finish isn't too bad, the neck is so bad that you can tell whoever put this neck together was either having a really bad day, or really really bad at making/putting together guitar necks
Despite the ungodly neck, the guitar is definitely decent. It's a guitar with a great dirty sound, a squeaky clean sound, and a strong hold on tuning. The body is nice and heavy and isn't too uncomfortable to hold.

Do not buy!

Comments about Ibanez GART50QA Electric Guitar:

I own this guitar and it is horrible! The strings are way too close to the pickups, and the low E string is always buzzing. I used it maybe 3 or 4 times, and went to a place called Make 'n' music. One thing for sure they're not make 'n' friends. They offered me 75$ at best. It has horrible resale, horrible quality, everything's bad. I have an epiphone les paul special 2 that I bought at music 'n' arts for 60$. I play that every day. this one it will be lucky if I play it every other month. Don't buy it, you're wasting your money!
