A sleek solidbody with a fast neck, powerful pickups and killswitch.

Introducing Iron label. The Ibanez Iron Label RGIR20FE Electric Guitar with EMG Pickups combines great looks and superior Ibanez craftsmanship. It features a comfortable basswood body and an Ibanez Nitro Wizard neck. Its bound rosewood fingerboard and jumbo frets offer effortless fingering the full length of the fretboard. EMG 60 and 81 pickups put out plenty of sonic diversity and power and come with a killswitch for some cool effects.

The renowned Ibanez RG and S guitars take on their most vicious metal form yet. Built on the chassis of the original RG and S bodies, Iron Label is made to drive hard all night. Fast, full throttle neck. Road tested matched DiMarzio or EMG pickups. Seasoned woods with a stark black-and-white aesthetic that eschews standard metal glitx for Metalcore swagger. You know were you're going, Iron Label gets you there fast.

Comments about Ibanez Iron Label RGIR20FE Electric Guitar with EMG Pickups:

This is an amazing sounding guitar. Chances are 10/10 you will like this guitar if you like Metal-ly tone, super fast neck and very good feel. When I recieved it, it came with the lower notes completely dead on all strings. A little tweaking at the truss rod and it was ready to play. I played for like 3 hours straight without examining the aesthetic part of the guitar deep on. When I eyed it focusing on the details, I found out that the Binding is actually white paint! Also, on the back of the headstock, parts of the "Binding" where unpainted. Not noticable, but still kinda upsetting, it was the only reason I did not give this guitar 5 stars. Ignoring that matter, this guitar was made by a god himself. It's something a King himself would use.

Comments about Ibanez Iron Label RGIR20FE Electric Guitar with EMG Pickups:

I bought this because I have owned many ibanez guitars from entry level to prestige. The RG guitar line has been one of my favorite and I have never been disappointed until now. The craftsmanship is unacceptable.

Here's why: very rough fret edges, scratches on fretboard covered up with brown marker, white paint splattered on black hardware, neck joint bolt holes redrilled multiple times and painted over, defects in the black binding around the body. I have no idea how this got past quality control. Huge disappointment. Immediately returned. You're better off getting a rg2ex1 and dropping EMGs in it.

Comments about Ibanez Iron Label RGIR20FE Electric Guitar with EMG Pickups:

First off, I have never given a perfect review. Having said that, this guitar is a STEAL at 600, 800 or even 1000. I had my doubts until bringing this black beauty (piano black finish) home and gave it a whirl!! Not only does this thing sound like it was forged in hell, it feels amazing. I recently owned a RG Prestige made by J Craft, and this guitar meets or beats the quality of that Japanese made instrument even though it is made in Indonesia. Not only is the neck very thin, but it is sturdy. I'm very skeptical about metal guitars not made in the USA or Japan, and I'm proud to have this in my collection.

If you are in the market for a guitar that plays metal (and you prefer the sound of basswood to mahogany with a maple top), I would recommend this guitar above every other option in the 1-1200 range, and it can hold it's own against metal guitars up to the 2,000 range with ease.

Comments about Ibanez Iron Label RGIR20FE Electric Guitar with EMG Pickups:

this guitar IMO is a very metal guitar, i feel like i can not be as diverse with it, like a regular RG with INF3s, but none the less i enjoy it, i have mine tuned to B-standard. i have a practice amp currently, so i know i am not getting a chance to really hear those EMGs in action. I would recommend this guitar to someone who like death metal and all the sub-genre that fall under it.

Good build quality. Kill switch ended up being more useful for me than I thought it would. Plays like a more expensive RG
