Love it! Can't put it down.
My review may seem as if I wrote it in less than 3 minutes. But... Honestly I just don't have that much to say about this guitar other than I absolutely adore it. I certainly have nothing bad to say or critiques to bring up. It just really is an excelent piece.
If you're starting out: It will give you all you need to explore guitar playing. I hate that I didn't have this when I started out.
If you're a veteran: You won't believe how well this thing plays. And... You'll have a great platform upon which to build your hotwired, custom pickup laiden masterpiece.
This guitar is fantastic. Myself and a few of my friends (All owners of great guitars costing at least twice what this one cost) agree that this thing is a winner. It has big giant frets and a great neck. The pickups are cool and there are usefull sounds to be had with them in all 5 selector positions. On top of all that... It's got a fixed bridge. No tremelo to mess with. YAY! I'm buying another one next week.
Parents: If you have a young person that's interested in guitar... Buy this one for them. It's affordable, It can do anything, it's easy to play, and they'll be able to use it all their lives.
The quality is awesome. Superb fit and finish. All the mechanical parts work well and it stays in tune beautifully. As for the pickups: They're all you need. The bridge has plenty of output for metal stuff and the others work great for what they do too.
Aesthetically speaking, I would not have thought black chrome hardware would look good with a natural finish guitar. I stand corrected. This thing looks great!
Great value! Worth every penny. As I've said, I'm buying another one.

Considering the price - not THAT expensive for a great guitar -, it plays / feels awesome, the neck is fast, the sound is great and it simply looks beautiful. Incredibly nice guitar.

This guitar is amazing, especially for the cost. It feels solid and stays in tune (I did not purchase a case for it when I bought it (not something I recommend), and very carefuly held it in a plasitc bag on the hour-long ride back home... got home, plugged in my tuner, and it was almost perfect). The tone is amazing, especially for stock pickups. The ash brings out a real nice low-end tone perfect for heavy chugs. (My guitar teacher has a high-end Carvin, and the Ibanez actually sounds heavier). The pick ups are pretty hot, but using the bridge and middle pickup you can still get a nice clean sound. Great sustain too. It is pretty light, not sure if I'll complain about that though, Overall the neck/body seems well balanced. I highly recomend this guitar to anyone.

Stays in tune better than I thought it would with no name machine heads. Setup was perfect from factory. Pickups are not bad, bridge pickup is a little hotter than I like. Will get some noise in positions 2-4 . Might just get another one because I like it that much especially at the price.
Being a Ibanez die hard fan for years, this has become my main axe of choice!
Very good feel although mine is very very light.
Worth every penny.
