i love this guitar its my favorite i swapped the pups with the emg jh set and it has the greatest tone ever now but the finish chips and flakes away...... but everything about this guitar is fantastic and for the money its a streal

Simple features, one volume and one selector switch. Nice tone, very comfortable neck with a nice job with the frets. This is a shred guys dream as well as a djent players wishes come true.
Very little set-up required. Solid feel and great action.
For the price you can't beat this guitar. It plays as good as most guitars 3X's it's price.

pickups are out of this world. cant explain but the sustain is unbelievable...had my luthier set it up and he said that the bridge was hard to intonate...but the neck and frets were surprisingly level and neck was dead on flat. he did a light dressing and all is good. i play this guitar for fun...and it is fun. problem is i am afraid i will use it on serious workings cause I am to lazy to use the more difficult guitars to play. really, its light,pickups with high sustain,cool looking(if you want something different),
seems to be solid as a rock. I think they (ibanez) actually thought about the design this time and put some real effort in producing a low cost but high benefit for the money guitar. Chicago Jazz.

actually a nice guitar...has a really neat door at the neck to open to access the truss rod...good idea..but its plastic,,dont know how long it will last. great finish work {mars shadow} wide flat shallow neck..raise rhe pickups or lower them for a real difference in character tones...i like the act pickups..never liked them in the past...but theyre a cool to have on at least one guitar in your collection. what else? well the guitar is large but very light. the pu position switch feels cheap but works ok. batteries,,,2 of them...double aa's already installed from factory. the plastic film was a bear to remove from the tops of the pickups. all in all....this is a great guitar for the money.
