Comments about Jackson JS32 Dinky DKA Electric Guitar:

I paid very little for this guitar, and I can't believe how nice this guitar is. The guitar setup was a mess from the factory, but after a few adjustments and oiling the parts on the Floyd Rose, it plays just as good as my pro grade Charvel guitar. The pickups are good, not great. Eventually I'm going to install a dimarzio super 3 in the bridge and leave the Factory neck pickup in place. I purchased the bright blue color and I love it. It looks better in person than it does on the website pictures. All of the hardware is solid on this guitar. It has Jackson tuners, which are on the pro series guitars, and a Jackson Floyd rose which holds tune very well.

Comments about Jackson JS32 Dinky DKA Electric Guitar:

I got this guitar for the locking trem system, and now I perform with her, the pickups, (though they are Duncan copies), are very bight while still keeping plenty of substance in the tone. Out of the box she needed a little help on the setup, lowering string action, a slight tightening of the truss rod, lubricating bridge parts, etc. but she has been a fantastic guitar for both jazz playing and hard rock shredding. The pickups are fairly high output, but not extreme, just a little more edge to them due to the ceramic magnets. I prefer Ernie Ball Cobalt 9-42, and recommend a chorus effect put on the clean channel for best possible tone. All in all, a fantastic guitar I'd recommend to anyone.

Comments about Jackson JS32 Dinky DKA Electric Guitar:

This guitar a is very solid instrument. The hardware is top notch and after I did a setup on the instrument, the playability was incredible.
I was able to get the action down to 3/64" on the 12th fret. The only downside are the pickups; not that they are bad but I'm spoiled because I have dimarzios in most of my instruments, and they will eventually be installed in this instrument.
        I think I will install a dimarzio super 3!
This is a great guitar for the price!!!

Comments about Jackson JS32 Dinky DKA Electric Guitar:

This Jackson JS32 Dinky DKA Electric Guitar in Satin Black is definitely all I had hoped for and more. After doing some extensive research on this, and many other comparable instruments, this is the one that I decided to get.

My Jackson arrived only 2 days after shipping. When I opened it, it was in flawless condition. After carefully unpackaging it I could see that it was straight from the factory with quality inspection tags and all factory hardware & documentation.

It came with light gauge strings, so I immediately installed a set of medium 10 - 46 gauge strings because I like heavier strings on my instrument to reduce breakage. Amazingly, prior to doing this, I checked the tuning & action, which were very close right out of the box.

Because I used the heavier strings, I had to add one more spring to the Floyd Rose tremolo system and readjust it to accommodate the heavier tension of the new strings. It was fortunate I had some extra springs (not included) to make the change.

As many of you know, adjusting a tremolo setup is a tedious process to get everything perfect; it's just very time consuming. From there, the action and intonation was next. The neck is straight with the perfect amount of radius. Now that everything is adjusted, no matter where I hit a note on the neck, it is precisely the correct pitch.

The guitar looks and sounds excellent. It has a solid, balanced feel, yet doesn't feel quite so heavy like a Les Paul, or P-bass, so playing long sets isn't a back breaker. It definitely stays in tune, even after extensive trem action. I'm used to a Strat 3 pickup with 5 position pickup selection, so only having 2 pickups with 3 positions will take some getting used to.

One more note - The bar on the tremolo was slightly sloppy out of the box (my ONLY complaint), but I was able to shim it perfectly with just a few wraps of clear tape. Now all the slop is gone.

This instrument is just outstanding now that I have it dialed in. It is magic to the ears!!
