Comments about Jackson Kelly KEXMG Electric Guitar:

I own both the Silver and Tobacco Burst models, I have not experienced a single issue with either guitar, I see no point in expecting a mass produced instrument made in an entirely different climate to have a flawless setup out of the box after shipping all over the world to get to your door, both of mine, one of which was an open box, performed beyond expectations out of the box, and even more so once tuned to Drop C with heavy gauge strings, the Floyd Rose Special units are rock solid as long as the strings are in good shape and stretched well, the electronics are top notch(as to be expected from EMG). The only issue at all was a slighty loose tone knob on the Silver Burst, which is due to climate change and the wood contracting, these things happen and should be expected as normal use and wear occurs anyways which is why any REAL guitarist takes care of and upkeeps their instruments. Rock solid Jackson Quality, and great service from Musician's Friend as always!

Comments about Jackson Kelly KEXMG Electric Guitar:

Bought the guitar and the strings were slipping when i used the bar. I called customer service and they wanted me to pay to go get it fixed. I asked if I could just return it and they wanted me to pay for shipping.
