A shredding machine with a locking trem.
The Jackson RX10D Rhoads electric guitar is built with a high-quality alder body and a pair of Duncan Design humbucker pickups. The HB103B is a high-output ceramic bridge humbucker based on the Duncan Distortion. The HB103N is a hot alnico neck pickup based on the Duncan Jazz. It has a Floyd Rose-licensed Low Profile locking tremolo, 24 jumbo frets, a bolt-on rock maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, and chrome hardware. Controls include master volume, master tone, and 3-way pickup switch.
Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better!

this guitar is amazing got it a couple of weeks ago and havent put it down the stock pickups are amazing but i wanna get invaders in it to boost it up a little this guitar is made for any kind of metal if you play metal and are thing about getting this guitar get you wont turn back ....

I OWN THIS GUITAR FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS and theres no other guitar in the world that can beat this one for the quality anthe price this guitars are made for metal (megadeth,arch enemy,pantera just to name a few)but you also can play bery clean an mean tones aout of this guitars!.what are you waiting go and buy one now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was at my local guitar center when i saw 2 of these side by side, one was polka dot, and the other was black, i (of course being a randy rhoads fan) picked up the polka dot, i loved the feel, yeah the input jack was annoying but i use an angled cable so its ok. the pickups were good, i really liked them. and so i bought it, i got home and decided that i wanted a little bit better pickups, so i bought a Dimarzio super distortion for the bridge and a Dimarzio Paf for the neck (randy rhoads' harpoon's pickups), and it wailed. i loved it so much that about a week later i went back to guitar center and bought the other one. just the other day i put a dimarzio d activator x in the bridge and a dimarzio d activator in the neck, and its even better than the polka dot. i playing shredding guitar and these 2 are by far the best ive ever gotten, im about to get a RR3 you know, the one with the duncan hot rodded set. Randy Rhoads definantly knew what he was doing when he designed these guitars. RIP Randy Rhoads

The Jackson Rx10d is built for metal, so if you like playing metal like me i would recomend it. The stock pickups arent terrible but im looking in to replacing them with BLACKOUTS. I've never had any problems with the floyd rose either. My only complaint is where they put the input jack on the RR3 it is on the top fin and that is much better, the rx10 has it on the bottom fin so it is hard to sit and play unless u have an angled cable. Overall i would recomend this guitar if you are a fan of metal and shred style music.

The rx10d was my first jackson. stock pickups were pretty muddy, switched them out, got emg's on it and they worked out pretty great. The tremolo arm didn't screw in well at first but that was a pretty easy fix. The volume knob was loose but it's nothing to hard to adjust. Quality wise, it's a great guitar.
