        Ole! Flamenco Gitrarra

        By flamencoman

        from Stanton, CA

Great sounding guitar with decent volume and a crisp, sharp tone expected of a flamenco guitar. This is a quality instrument backed by the Ramirez tradition of fine guitars.

        FL2 made in 2002

        By Anonymous

        from Undisclosed

This is the best classical or acoustic guitar I own. I have 40 guitars including, Spanish made, Japanese made, German made, and American made guitars. Most are classical. This particular one is an expensive very well made quality guitar. It sounds great, easy playability. It needed a few features to make it totally perfect! Like the back of the fingerboard should have had a countineous line with that of the body, and the tuners should have been the more expensive type with golden screws at the end of the knobs. Other than that, I think it is fantastic.

        Flamenco puro

        By Anonymous

        from Undisclosed

The FL2 is a serious upgrade from the host of lesser guitars. It is physically very light, with a very fast neck that makes the guitar easy to dominate. Even a light touch makes a big, pure flamenco sound. Some features are clearly missing (ebony reinforcement strip in the neck) or sub-standard (tuning machines). No matter. If you're thinking about a Cordoba 75F/100F, Alhambra 7F/10F or similar guitar, wait 'til you have the cash for an FL2.

        By Tranq Stevens

        from Cleveland

I have had several flamenco guitars in my career..Conde, Rubio, Giralda, Roberto Tempesta, etc., But this awesome guitar can create fiery picados..or sensual falsettas in the same breath..Buy this guitar and never look back!

Full flamenco sound, ease to play

        By Roberto-54f1u

        from Mexico

Bright, beautiful sound. Light and well constructed. High quality woods and finish. Strings could be closer to fingerboard, something common in most Ramirez guitars. Compared with the "Paco de Lucia" is a bit behind in sound, and not as soft to play, but considering that it costs one third of the price, the FL2 is a real value.
