I was at a local shop I usually browse through the acoustic room after playing a strat, tele, or les paul for a few minutes. I usually try not to look at the prices as I walk up to the wall and pluck the low E string. I listen as the note rings out and then decays. I did this to several and then when I got to this one the volume and rich bass projection just rang out and seemed to sustain for such a long time. I said, "Wow!" and quickly grabbed it and sat down on a stool. The music just poured out out of this thing and it was very inspirational. I hope you know what I am talking about. It's when you pick up a guitar that just resonates with you on so many levels and you are just free to create and the guitar just sings and responds to everything you do. Yep, that's what this one did. I went home and researched this thing and it's hand crafted in Bulgaria with old world style and is made out of the best woods. I had to have it. I'm just saying that I have been looking for a good classical guitar for a long time but refused to pay big bucks for one that doesn't even really do it for me. This one did it for a song. You better get one while you can.
Hand crafted and solid wood construction. A gorgeous red cedar top that resonates incredibly well. Indian rosewood fingerboard, sides, and back. Dovetail neck joint and cedar neck. Bone nut and saddle. All I have to say - at this price point - is WOW!!!
Very well made and old world craftmanship. Beautifully done in every way.
The musician's friend specifications say that it has a polyurethane finish but it actually has nitrocellulose laquer which is much better.
This guitar at the current price point is an incredbile value. I had to buy one right away because I just don't think that these guitars are going to be this affordable for long. I think it's one of those old iron curtain European type deals that once these are really known about that the price is going to come up several hundreds of dollars. I am extremely happy to have found this guitar.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to purchase this Fiesta model. After anxiously waiting for it to arrive it came...I opened the box and checked the guitars appearance. Bummer! Glue globs on the top side of the fret board next to the sound hole, and a very noticable smudge right under the sound hole and then they sprayed it with laquer or whatever coating they use. How could someone not see that?It seems to me that there is very little quality control at Orpheus Valley Guitar. The sound quality was very poor also I thought and when looking at the very thick laquer they apply to the entire guitar, it's no wonder why. I was all around disappointed more than I can express. There were a number of surface flaws also that I will not mention, but I had no confidence in how the rest of the guitar was built after seeing all that I saw.Musicians Friend however was A-1 with customer care and emailed me a return label to send that guitar back, and I chose another brand guitar (LaPatrie Collection)which will be on the way in a day or two.Sorry for the negative report, but I want to state the facts of my experience with Orpheus Valley. Poor, poor quality!

Comments about Kremona Orpheus Valley Fiesta FC Classical Guitar:
This is by far the best sounding classical guitar I have ever played. Very deep and rich sounding. It has good volume and is easy to play. If something ever happened to it, I would buy another one without even thinking about it.
Comments about Kremona Orpheus Valley Fiesta FC Classical Guitar:
If you are looking a decent guitar that really is worth your money, this is truly the guitar you'll need. I've compared models with Cordoba and Jose Ramirez and they don't compare to the quality that Kremona offers at their price. Kremona offers solid body construction on all their guitars which ultimately means that the guitar will grow in sound due to "aging" and overall will be loud. I use this guitar as my main instrument in college and it has not failed me yet. I believe it sounds best with D'addario's Pro Arte Hard Tension or EXP Hard. If you want proof on how good these instruments are, go to YouTube and search, DelaRosaFinale, I am proud to use a Kremona Orpheus Valley guitar. It has such a warm and loud tone, and the hand craftsmanship is outstanding. The bass can also be truly loud; I play in a trio and always told to take it down a notch because this guitar is truly loud.

Comments about Kremona Orpheus Valley Fiesta FC Classical Guitar:
Yesterday I spent 2 hours in the GC store in Fountain Valley, playing this Kremona Fiesta FC guitar and comparing it to some other ones in the store. I was absolutely impressed with the quality and the sound of this instrument. Super-light weight. Deep, but clear voice with strong projection. Gorgeous looks with uniquely colored tuning machine heads. Although LA has been my home for over 20 years, I grew up in Bulgaria where this guitar was built. If I am not mistaken the Bulgarian Kremona Music Instruments factory has been famous for quality violins and guitars for about 90 years. I truly enjoyed this guitar, and if it had a built-in piezoelectric pick up and a tuner, I would've add it to my sizable guitar collection. Good job, Kremona.
Comments about Kremona Orpheus Valley Fiesta FC Classical Guitar:
I love the cedar top version. I bought this for my first guitar and I find the tone and projection to be sweet. Nice action on the board and no fret issues. It is light and easy to play. I compared it to about six other guitars when buying and it really stood out. Very reasonable price for the product.
Comments about Kremona Orpheus Valley Fiesta FC Classical Guitar:
Let me say that if this guitar were made anywhere else it would cost twice as much.I own Taylor, Guild, Gibson & Fender. All U.S. made. With the exception of my Taylor, which I paid 4 times the cost of the Fiesta. This guitar rivals all the rest in quality. The sound is stunning. Don't let the price fool you. This is a wonderful instrument!
Comments about Kremona Orpheus Valley Fiesta FC Classical Guitar:
This guitar is an absolute delight! It is very light, with excellent resonance and unbelievably deep and beautiful sound. There is NO other guitar on a market that can compete with this one in price/features...I play and teach classical, jazz and Latin guitar for many years and there is always a challenge to get a student guitar that sounds good, - this one is the best way to go! Make no mistake, this is solid body guitar - it sounds better then any laminated Ramirez/Cordova etc, I?m not even comparing this one to any Yamaha, - hear for yourself! This guitar comes with cedar or spruce top, - get both! Completely different sound and equally striking!!Let put it this way: If you have 2+K to spend on the guitar, - rather buy this Fiesta for the third of the price -Highly recommended!
Comments about Kremona Orpheus Valley Fiesta FC Classical Guitar:
After playing classical guitar for over a decade, I'm not about to compromise a guitar's quality for a low price. The Fiesta FC has a beautiful and rich tone that resonates in the chest. It projects with wonderful clarity, and responds well to dynamics. Other models I was considering to purchase included the Ramirez R1 and the Antonio Loriente Marieta. They were more expensive than the FC, but price doesn't always equate to quality. In back to back comparisons at a brick-and-mortar store, it was obvious that the Fiesta FC was the guitar with the best sound. Despite the relative obscurity of the Orpheus Valley name when compared to the likes of Ramirez, I could immediately tell this guitar was crafted by masters of the art.
Comments about Kremona Orpheus Valley Fiesta FC Classical Guitar:
I purchased my Orpheus Valley Fiesta FC classical guitar when I worked for a large independent music store in Colorado. As manager, I had the privilege of getting very familiar with an expansive, expensive, and extremely beautiful inventory of classical guitars. The Fiesta FC was the obvious choice when I wanted to purchase a guitar, considering I could afford it, yet it sounded better than a guitar several times the price. The Fiesta FC has excellent clarity, booming projection, and responds well to varying levels of expression. The perfect combination of a bone nut and saddle, nitrocellulose finish, cedar and rosewood make this guitar as beautiful for the eye to behold as it is to hear. It is the perfect choice for any college guitar major since it is so affordable, yet it is also worthy of professors and performers. After playing the Fiesta FC, I found it much more to my liking than any La Patrie. It surpassed every Yairi and several other hand-made Japanese and Spanish guitars, some of which literally cost 10 times as much. Needless to say, I am still awestruck every time I pick it up, and it is a purchase I shall cherish until my demise.
