With a winning combination of solid and laminate woods and impeccable workmanship, this quality guitar will satisfy anyone looking for a traditional nylon-string.
The Soloist S65C features sapele back and sides with a solid cedar top for a full, dynamic sound. The mahogany neck has a rosewood fingerboard and 25-1/2" scale length leading to a rosewood bridge.
Other refinements include a rosewood headstock overlay, gold tuners, and a beautiful natural finish.

I've been playing for 40 years and thought I was done with classical guitars. This was an amazing bargain with a tremendous sound. I was able to test play this along with dozens of higher-end classical guitars. This one stood out with clear, sweet tone and resonance. The body vibrates throughout with every note. I recommend slightly higher tension strings (I prefer a wound 3rd). It's all about sound, sound sound. I can't speak for other models in the same line (the store had only the one), but it is far and away the best classical deal I've ever found. Test play one.
