LAGUNA GUITARS LAUNCHES "ONE GUITAR, ONE TREE" REFORESTATION INITIATIVE
Laguna Guitars, reflecting the passionate convictions of musicians, celebrates Earth Day by launching their new "One Guitar, One Tree" reforestation initiative. This plan involves planting one tree for every Laguna guitar made. In addition, Laguna continues to deepen its other practical efforts to reduce waste, recycle and conserve the planet's resources.
For decades, musicians have proudly been socially aware and urged others to take more action, advocacy and awareness in environmental matters. As musicians themselves, those at Laguna have always passionately supported that position, knowing that trees are an economical, long-term solution to many tough environmental problems, including air and water pollution, climate change, wildlife protection, habitat restoration and more. In partnership with AmericanForests.org and their Global Relief campaign, Laguna proudly plants a tree for each Laguna guitar made.
In addition, Laguna's shipping cartons are designed to provide maximum protection with a minimum of material. Their boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard that is also 100% recyclable, which they naturally encourage wherever possible. Also, in the interests of conservation, they have decided not to print glossy, heavyweight catalogs as millions from various companies end up in landfills every year. Instead, Laguna provides extensive information online at their website (www.playlaguna.com) and a catalog will soon be available as downloadable PDF's, allowing users to print only those pages they want.
As with the design and manufacture of their guitars, Laguna welcomes an open dialogue with musicians and encourages them to share their thoughts and ideas on environmental matters including Laguna's "One Guitar, One Tree" initiative and other earth-friendly plans. All such feedback can be directed to email@example.com. Please visit PlayLaguna.com or AmericanForests.org for more information on the "One Guitar, One Tree" initiative and Global Relief campaign.

BUY IT SOON! THis guitar is soo good. the pickups are powerful, and bright. they can chunk and shred. the guitar looks gorgeous (in red). the floyd has great range and is incredible. the neck is slim and fast, and there is awsome upper neck access. easy to reach all 24 frets. the jumbo frets feel like scalloped frets, but ur hands dont get get killed via chording. this thing rocks, its slim and great for tricks. i do it all, i swing it around my shoulders, and stuff, and i just put on a cliplock. the floyd flutters great too. i love this guitar
This is an incredible investment Ive made like a month ago, I was looking for a versatil axe, something that offers me a good range of features, so this guitar itself is amazing, totally worth every dollar I spend on it.The pickups sound really really great, good response to harmonics, great smooth tone with the neck pick up like to play jazz and blues, and the combination its like funk!, AND of course if you want to play metal! I think this goddess can give a good fight to any ibanez prestige guitar. The floyd rose very handly and great quality. It stays in tune and of course great sustain. The only thing that I kind of miss is that it dont come with any gig bag or harshell case. But I can promise that this laguna will make your dreams come true for this price.
Bought this used yesterday. Still looks and feels brand new. Trem system is good (not as good as ibanez). I like the pickups better than Ibanez INF, they are hot and great. No buzz. Neck is a bit thicker than the Wizard models but still fast. Unlike the Ibanez, the clean channel also sounds awesome. If you can find a good used one, pick it up, you will not be disappointed.
I went over to guitar center to see if they had this guitar. I had been stuck for a while on saving my money for this, or saving for an esp ex 400. I know what I am saving for now! This is an incredible axe! The 24 frets are very nice, and the stock pickups aren't bad, but when I get it I'll probably upgrade to a dimarzio super distortion pickup, and a seymour duncan SH-6. I wish I could have tried the tremolo. The body was very comfortable and looked great in the transparent black. The neck was perfect! The only bad things are that the volume and tone knobs feel sort of cheap, but that's nothing. Also it was a liitle hard to hear notes on the 5th and 6th strings. overall, I kneed this to replace my epiphone les paul 100! This laguna beats it by a mile!
I got this guitar at Guitar Center about 2 years ago and its held up greatly the maple top is just beautiful and the locking trem is awesome. The pickups are good but a little weak for really heavy stuff like metallica. It has a 3 way switch and a coil tap and I think it makes the guitar really unique and gives you tons of different sounds. I just wish I could buy another one
My friend had one and brouht it over for practice he let me use it and I didn't want to put it down...sounds AMAZING!! Its a beautiful guitar, also the wammy bar is great. You can twist it as much as you can and I wouldnt tighten or anything. What I'm tryin to say you can keep on spinnin it 4ever it wont stop. Overall amazing guitar, well worth the price...best there is
I was in the guityar shop the other day and say this pretty lil things just kinda chilling there. I had read a lil bit on it and and decided to give it a whirl and yes... it is an AMAZING lil piece of magic. It's fairly compact and not too bulky with no buzzing in the frets. The pickups were something to enjoy. They're not EMG's but they can hold their own just fine (that and I was playing through a crappy lil solid state combo.I would've loved to try out it's whammy and play it through a decent tube but I can tell you that as is like it was, this thing changed my mind about guitars.Laguna can give Ibanez a run for its money any day... a better price tag on it too I believe.
