I just purchased the Luna Henna Paradise Series Acoustic Electric Spruce top guitar. I love it... what a beautiful guitar, so perfectly made, and so beautiful to look at, not to mention play. The spruce top produces clear, bell-like tones that soar over other instruments, yet mix easily with a band. The sound is a perfect complement to a lady's voice; yet its a great "guy" guitar too.As for ease of playing, this guitar is IT. It is super-easy to tune with the built-in electronic tuner, and it stays in tune even w/extreme temp changes. The height between fret and string is perfect, never any buzz. I've used my capo on it to the 5th fret so far and the sound is still crystal-clear. I took it to band practice and had 4 other guitar players grab it to play it. Each one got a different sound from all; all of them raved over the look, the tone, the incredible sustain, and the great electronics. ONE more thing...you can ONLY put the battery in one way, so there's no chance of putting it in wrong and thinking your axe is messed up.It is exactly what I was looking for. Just for the record, I went to music stores and played Fenders, Deans, Strats, Taylors...you name it,I tried it... and the Luna stole my heart and my musical ears. When I move up, it will be to another Luna. I recommend this guitar 100%. You will NOT be disappointed.
So, I bought this guitar a little over a year ago and it's still my favorite acoustic guitar that I have. I checked out the Luna website to see what they were all about, because I wasn't familiar with this brand at the time. I listened to some samples on their page, and liked what I heard, so I bought it. I was right in the middle of recording an EP as a solo artist when I bought it, so I used it on a couple of songs on my CD, and those are the songs that sound the best (guitar wise).
