Comments about Luna Guitars Trinity Series Cutaway Parlor Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

The guitar is easy to play--the neck has close to the smooth playability of an electric guitar. Also, the overall size of the guitar makes it comfortable to handle like an electric. The sound is clear and much better than a lot of other smaller acoustic guitars. The beautiful, high quality wood has a polished lacquered finish, so it could stand up to bumps and bruises. The biggest issue has to do with how the neck is attached to the body. I had to return several guitars (the Luna American parlor) because of dead spots around the 12th/13th fret. I switched to the Trinity, and the one I received still has minor buzz on the E string's 13th fret after a professional set-up, but it is much better than the ones I returned.

Comments about Luna Guitars Trinity Series Cutaway Parlor Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I own too many guitars. (Impossible!) Good ones, some collectibles. Have been looking for a smaller travel guitar for trips to Central America and other places. Something with tolerable tone, with pick-up. Have tried several inexpensive parlors. Am happy with this, my first, one from Luna. Cool looks, nice fit and finish, rosewood and spruce with maple binding. Built-in tuner is handy. Tone is good. Thin bass, okay middle, bright high end. Neck straight, comfortable, and I not a small person. Overall, quite happy with this one. It does what I want. Purchased it used from MF. After years of dealing with MF, Customer Service remains second to none!

    Shazam! Go for it!

    By Dennis Dolloff

    from Toronto

Comments about Luna Guitars Trinity Series Cutaway Parlor Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I have been saving to buy one of these guitars for some time... as a Pastor, it seemed that I wanted to play one with the symbol of the Trinity. It came up used, for even less... I took the chance. It arrived in very quick order, with very little discernable wear and tear. The little damage that was described was far less than I expected from the description. It arrived in perfect tune, and incredibly playable. Nicely set up for my needs. Holds it's tune well. The e-tuner isn't the best but works. The pick-up system is functional. Perhaps not the very best, but very useable. The playability and accoustic sound are really very good. Good fingerstyle guitar, and speaks up if you hammer it a bit. Accoustic sound is pretty loud for a parlour sized guitar. The sound has actually a nice balance for a small instrument as well. And, it's a sweet looking instrument. All in all, I feel I invested pretty well, and got great value for my hard-earned shekels... Also... I feel that the MFriend used instruments are worth the buy, and the description didn't leave me feeling cheated... Even better that I expected.
