A feature-packed yet very affordable dreadnought.
Mark it down and take note ” the V5 is and will be known as a fine, well-endowed first guitar. The V5 acoustic is equipped with a Variable Set Neck that adjusts the guitar's action with the simple turn of a hex key. A beginning guitar player can easily adjust the action very low until they build up calluses and finger strength.

I picked up a V5 after I borrowed a buddy's guitar for a few weeks to begin learning. It's well worth the inexpensive price.Intonation is pretty nice- not absolutely perfect, but it's not an expensive box.The adjustable neck is sweet! The mechanism is very solid- don't be afraid of it. I set the action as low as it would go without any buzz, but ended up raising it a bit because this thing is very easy to play. This guitar has a distinctive voice that is well-balanced. I've used elixir and john pearse strings on it to good effect- I especially like the classic bold tone of the pearse strings on it, but the crazy elixir sound is great too.Build quality is awesome, especially for the price. Materials are nice enough to satisfy me, a guy with woodworking experience. The finish is nice, as is the rosette inlay. This guitar looks much nicer in person than on a computer screen. In conclusion, I honestly do not believe that there is a better guitar in this price range.
Well it may be listed as a beginners guitar but hey it plays great sounds better than some of the other guitars I have used in my 26 years of playing on the road professionally and in the studios. I bought one without ven checking up on it because I played it and loved the deep resonance and the qualit and anyone who knows anything about guityars it's the sound and playability that sells guitars and makes great recordings Michael Kelly guitars sound great and the workanmanship is dynamite.Sincerely,KC (KC & Newgrass Review)
