Guitarist Steve Lukather has been an endorser of Ernie Ball Music Man guitars for years with his own signature models that are no different than the ones he plays on stage. The Music Man Luke Signature LIII HSS Electric Guitar represents Steve's evolution towards the perfect performance guitar. The LIII features a larger Alder body, (3% larger profile than the standard model Luke guitar), 22 fret full rosewood neck and new passive Dimarzio pickups with custom Music Man active preamp. Electronics include a dual Humbucking (our product # H80760) or H-S-S pickup configuration (shown here), volume control and a passive tone control with a new Push/Push switch for an adjustable 12 db Volume boost. Similar in style, the Luke III exhibits a broader, more defined tone while retaining the familiar shape and feel as the original Luke model. Other standard features include a Music Man Vintage tremolo and 5 way pickup selector switch.

One of the best guitars I have ever played hands down. I have owned 4 PRS guitars which all sounded great and I loved, but this guitar has to take all those in terms of sound. Especially for the price of the guitar. Now it isn,t anything flashy like a PRS but it makes up for it with tone. The boost knob is by far what sets this guitar apart from the others. Also, the gun stock oil finish on the back of the neck lets you cruise around the neck with ease. This has one of the most sparkly clean tones of any guitar as well as a very defined distorted tone that allows you to hear every note in the chord that really gives it a presence. All in all for the money you put down on this guitar it is one of the best if not the best money can buy. SO CLICK ADD TO CART AND BUY IT.

I played this guitar for the first time this past Wednesday. I was completely blown away by the quality, feel and mostly the sound of this guitar. Until now I was a strict Fender/Gibson owner but this Music Man guitar surpassed anything I have played in the past with sound, tone, and every other item I can think of. I plan on buying one this week without question. This guitar is a very well kept secret that should be shouted from the highest mountain. This is one truly amazing guitar for the money and I have found nothing that can compare to it, and I'm a very picky person about my guitars. This one is truly amazing.
