Comments about Ernie Ball Music Man Cutlass Trem Rosewood Fingerboard Electric Guitar:

I was expecting this guitar to play and sound like a Stratocaster, but it is actually quite unique in its own right. You can dial in Strat tone, but Tele tone is in there, too. The pickups are lower output than most modern single coil guitars which give the thin tones more opportunity to produce ample spank, twang and jangle. Then, you dial/stomp in more gain and this instrument sucks it up and fires it out, giving you control of an amazing transparent overdrive with beautiful warm harmonics. As to the manufacturer, these are a great value that I frankly can't figure out how they can build an extremely high quality instrument like this and street it around $1500. Thanks EBMM! You replaced my Gibson/PRS/Fender guitars with just 2 EBMM's.
