This acoustic-electric crossover starts with a solid spruce top for full-balanced tone and a natural beauty. Scalloped X-bracing offers a fine tune for the instrument's tone. The rosewood fretboard and bridge add crisp, clear sustain to the guitar, so those notes can ring out long and true. The rosette features an inlaid mixture of exotic woods that benefits the tone and will pique the interest of your crowd, appreciating this Ovation guitar's inlaid beauty. This is the lowest priced electric-acoustic guitar I own but it is a very good value for the money. Would be easy for players to transition from electric to acoustic with this guitar. It is easy to get a tone that sits well in the mix playing in a band. Stays in tune well as you move up high on the neck. Ovation makes it easy to change the action to suit your playing style with removable shims under the bridge.
