The unique handpicked Paul Reed Smith Modern Eagle II Electric Guitar has a gorgeous curly maple top in an exciting red tiger finish. The Modern Eagle II has a 25" scale length coupled with a comfortable, chunky wide fat neck to create a guitar with exceptional playability. Adornments on this stunning PRS guitar include green abalone bird Inlays with iridescent paua abalone heart centers on the 22-fret dark rosewood fingerboard, maple body binding, hybrid gold/nickel hardware, stoptail bridge, and Phase II locking mini tuners.
The PRS 1957/2008 pickups deliver both vintage and modern sounds. PRS obtained exclusive rights in 2008 to the original pickup wire used in the most revered pickups in the '50s. 1957 was the year the humbucker was first commercially available, giving rise to the 1957/2008 name.
