Sheer elegance from one of the world's most respected luthiers.
Based on the original classic PRS guitars. Precision craftsmanship and hypercritical material selection are evident in every detail of this tonal masterpiece. Pearl and abalone moon inlays set off the dual-octave, 10" radius rosewood fretboard on a tightly set mahogany neck. Elegant curves provide free high-fret access and ultimate comfort on the carved mahogany body. Chrome PRS trem and 14:1 low-mass locking tuners on the matching headstock add visual snap and provide firm tuning. And you won't believe the sweet fat TONE that comes purring out of an HFS bridge humbucker and Vintage Bass neck humbucker with coil-tapping 5-way rotary selector. Includes hardshell case.

I play death metal with this guitar and it is awesome. The bridge pick up is awesome for rythm under pure distortion. The neck gives you the fatest tone possible. This guitar is set up for any musical style out there. I suggest this guitar for anyone who is looking for a higher end guitar that isnt "over the top" expensive.
I own (and play) Fat Strat, Les Paul, Soloist, and the CE 24 Paul Reed Smith. Each guitar has it's own unique sound and feel. I find myself using the CE more than the others on live and recording sessions. Feels and sounds right. A nice solid and consistant tone (and it stays in tune). A little expensive, but I have found it is worth the money.... if you want to be serious.
Great guitar for players of any kind. It may be a little pricey, but the craftmanship and quality makes it worth it.
This guitar is very diverse and has a great tone. I played all of the PRS guitars and for my style this one fit. It is a true working musician's guitar. The guitars I've owned in the past have been an Ibanez RG 550, Ibanez S450, Westone, Schecter Custom Dann Huff, and Peavey Wolfgang Special QT. Of those guitars I own the guitar I would compare it to would be the Wolfgang as far as tonality...but the PRS sounds better I think and it's alot higher quality of a guitar. The HFS pickups sound good and the Vintage humbucker sounds pretty good also...however I might put a PRS Dragon I in the bridge. Overall the guitar is very Sweet!
This guitar is the best! Even better with a stop tail and Dragon II pickups!
My friend owns one of these babies and I would have to say that it is probably the nicest solid-body humbucking guitar available. You can get "almost strat" clean tones or "rip your face off" Les Paul tones. The best way to describe it is a Les Paul that rests like a Strat. Super wide neck, very good electronics, and cool looks for any style music. If I had the money I'd get one, but I don't so I'll stick to my Strats. A good all in one guitar.
This guitar is truly a champion among the world of guitars. This guitar not only has the looks, but it also has the punch and crunch that brought my favs Mark Tremonti (formely of Creed, Alter Bridge) and Dan Donnegan (Disturbed)to their supreme levels among the sea of rock guitarists. A true knockout and a very inspirational guitar.
This guitar is great in so many areas. It's able to handle the heavy tone, and than as well as hard chrunchin distortion and make them both come out sounding great. I would choose this guitar for any job hands down.
I traded in my gibson les paul studio for this beautiful beast. Ideal for nice bright clean tones, and heavy metal, hardcore. Very, very versitile. I've owned it for about 3 years now, and it still plays as well, if not better. GREAT BUY!
this guitar is perfect! i love my prs soo much and i can hit pinch harmonics on this guitar so easily. Also this guitar plays Awesome in alternate tuning in my case drop-D or C. This Guitar Blows away my Jackson Dinky and my Gibson SG.
