The Hellraiser Deluxe FR electric guitar, Schecter's newest addition to the Hellraiser family, is just as infernally elegant as its siblings. The mahogany body is capped with figured maple, finished in crimson burst, and bound in black. The 3-piece mahogany neck plays super fast and smooth with a rosewood fretboard and 24 jumbo frets for effortless bending. The Floyd Rose trem is your ticket to maxxed-out whammy bar action without fear of tuning retribution.
Like the rest of the Hellraiser clan, the Deluxe guitar has a pair of high-output EMG active humbuckers, an EMG-81 in the bridge and an 85 in the neck, for searing leads and tight sledgehammer riffs. The Schecter guitar features mother-of-pearl crescent inlays that run the length of the fretboard, coming together in a unique 12th fret pattern that you just have to see to appreciate. Finally, the Tune-o-matic-style bridge and thru-body stringing ensure singing sustain.

I got this guitar today, and ive played it before and i must say, Schecter has crafted such a great guitar, the EMG pickups sound amazing and the floyd rose special is absolutly incredible. and to add to that, the neck is super smooth.

The build quality and playability of this guitar is outstanding IMO. If you are in the market for a guitar you can shred with and plays comfortably all while having an incredible finish and good looks, you will NOT be disappointed with it. I spent about an hour doing my initial setup and admiring it's beauty. When I plugged it in a played it, it felt like a familiar axe. Overall, one of the best guitars I've played.
Mahogany body, quilted maple top, nice black binding on the body and neck. Floyd Rose special trem, very smooth Grover tuners, 3 piece maple neck, EMG 81 bridge and 85 neck pickups, BEAUTIFUL crimson burst finish. 3 way toggle, one volume and one tone control.
I never buy a guitar sight unseen so I was a little nervous about doing so now. I was VERY pleasantly surprised as soon as I opened the box! This one says "Crafted in Indonesia" and they got the crafted part right. It was'nt made, it was crafted. I've played a lot of guitars in my 32 years of playing and this one is nearly flawless. Extremely nice finish. Neck is awesome. Low action and nice fretwork. After I did my initial setup, (Every guitar I've owned benefits from your own personal setup) This axe plays very smooth. This guitar did not disappoint one bit. The ONLY thing I will do differently to this guitar is to install a set of Dimarzio D Activator pickups. I like the sound of the EMG's but was never a fan of the limiting effect (compression) they produce when you play hard. For a mid priced guitar, this is a dream machine IMO. I played Ibanez RG's for 20 years and this guitar is every bit as good, if not better in some ways than my RG's.
I would never say "this is a nice guitar for the money" because it's a very nice guitar no matter the price. Top quality and very affordable.
