I've been saving up for this guitar for five months and i finally revieved it just last week. As soon as i opened the package i fell in love with the amazing gloss fnish and the marble-looking A7X inlayed fretboard. the double locked strings are amazing for those players who love to do crazy bends in their songs, not allowing the guitar to get out of tune! the guitar also has an option to switch from humbuckers to single coil pickups by pulling the tone knob or pushing it down. The guitar has amazing tone and durability, with awesome action. the included whammy bar can bend up or down, making those metal harmonics sound absolutely perfect. and you can't tell me it doesnt look amazing. if you are a metal lover, or an avenged sevenfold fan, this guitar is the guitar for you. it may be the standard version, but the only difference is the pickups.

Let me just say that this guitar is okay but it isn't worth the money. The neck pickup is crap, but the bridge pickup can be covered up with buttloads of distortion to hide that it's pretty bad too. Action is ok but the rest of the guitar doesn't feel like a quality instrument. And I wouldn't reccomend buying a signature guitar as your main instrument. Tastes change and you could end up not liking A7x anymore. Signatures are better for guitar collectors, not people who need a steady instrument.

This guitar is AMAZING, feels awesome, sounds AWESOME, and looks AWESOME, I bought this guitar without knowing what it feels like. I took a gamble. I'm super picky about how my guitar feels in my hands, and I was lucky, the ONLY guitar I feel comfortable playing.
P.S. Don't waste your money on the custom, you're paying for the same thing with different pick ups, and the bolted on neck feels just as comfortable as the one piece.

I traded a Dean Razorback for this guitar and I must say it is the best decision i ever made. First off if you hate Floyds, Leave the page now. The P-ups are so brutal on harmonic content that if you don't all the way down on the string, you get a harmonic. it's truly an amazing guitar.

After an hour after having the guitar, i couldnt put it down for another 3 hours! the fretboard is absolutley amzing with the death bat and the jumbo frets. it has a very fast neck which is comes in handy! its also nice with the switchable pickups from humbuckers to the single-coil! overall this guitar is definetly worth buying!!!

yo!this guitar has everything a guitarist wants;feel, playability,looks,and killer tone.ill admit im a huge a7x fan but u dont have to be an a7x fan to love this beast.the most important thing for me is feel. this guitar has a very nice 60s les paul feel to the neck,and the weight of the body to neck ratio is proportioned well.the pups r great but not as good as its true duncan counterpart.the inlays r awsome the pics doesnt do it justice.the finnish is sexy and the floyd rose special is beyond stable.it handles drop tuned dive bombs likean orginal floyd.borderline:this guitar cant be beat for the price i mean i did sell my les paul and gretcsh drums to have two of these syns

This guitar exceeded my expectations. The fingerboard couldn't be any more amazing. The headstock is sweet. The inlays are sweet the pic doesnt show as good as look face 2 face. The pickups couldnt be more perfect no reason 2 swap them. This is floyd rose is perfect for this guitar. Buy this guitar I promise you wont be disappointed .. plus its a schecter you cant go wrong.

This guitar is great, if you want a synyster gates guitar but dont have enough cash to afford the custom i would go with this and add some nice Invaders onto it later. Thats what I'm planning on doing. This guitar is amazing the sound quality and the Floyd Rose is AWSOME!

Guitar had a great sound, this was my very first guitar with a floyd rose, but if you change tunings a lot this is not the guitar for you. Very hard to change tunings, if you only stay in one tuning than this is the guitar for you.
