Disappointing S-1

By Stevie B

I was a little disappointed when I received this guitar and it was a bolt-on neck, when other s-1's in this price range are set. Then I was really disappointed when I turned the guitar over and sticking out from the cavity cover and flattened was one of the pickup cables. Ironically, the cover had the "set-up by Schecter USA" sticker on it. How could they not notice that, and why would they send it out that way? Makes you wonder if they're checked in the USA at all...Also, for a "limited edition", there's nothing on the guitar to denote that, and it would have been cool to get a COA or some kind of document on the guitar. This reminds me of the cheap, made in China BC Rich "body art" series, except a lot more money.

How Limited is Limited??

from florida

Although this guitar sounds great, it appears that there is nothing limited about it. The guitar has reviews on it for the past two years! ugh? If you buy this know that you are getting good quality, nice sound, but nothing proves that it is rare. Wait for the price to drop.

Amazing quality, sound, and feel for the price!

Great little guitar with tons of tone variation from hard and heavy to light and smooth. Great guitar that could play just about any type of music, and the overall appearance is just mystifying. Worth every penny!!

Scarry Sustain

Ask me a question

Nobody has mentioned the great sustain on this guitar - comparable to a real good Les Paul!
Outstanding for the price - I got my used and the prices are beginning to drop - at least for now.
Schecter always has decent guitars and nice necks -this one qualitifies.
They may increase over time - so take care of yours.

Got it last week and this guitar for the overall value is a nice product. Excellant graphics, nice sound, easy to play. Coil tap is becoming a signature option for Schecters!! Free coffin case is a deal! It even has the storage compartment, unlike some of the coffin cases. Buy this before the price goes back up!!

Great Limited Edition Guitar!

By Lee-w7fSQ

This guitar is very nice. First off, it's a Schecter. The only downside to the guitar is that it has a bolt on neck. However, it does not hinder the reach of the neck at all. Well worth the money. The fret markers as well as the Vampira art on the guitar is very nice. The guitar is incredibly light too!
