Comments about Squier Affinity Series Strat Pack HSS Electric Guitar with Fender Frontman 15G Amp:
I already had a little 15W Fender amp, and wanted a second matching one for experimentation. But I also have an older Chinese Bullet Strat that I rebuilt, and always wanted to do a side-by-side comparison with an Affinity model. This was my chance to do both. With a restringing job and only minor tweaks to the setup, the Affinity plays clean and true. With an HB in the bridge position, I have a more varied pallet of sounds to pick from (no pun), and, though this was a 'blem' unit, the fit and finish are gorgeous in nearly all respects. For the price, I got a wonderful knockaround guitar (and little amp). Very pleased.
