Comments about Sterling by Music Man AX30D Electric Guitar:

Got a level 2 condition Ax30D. No marks whatsoever but had very noticeable streaking in the maple veneer - I would say it was a factory second.
Shocked to find strips of sandpaper used as shims under the base of neck to tilt the angle back and allow for the vintage bridge which must be higher than normal.
Poor application of the red colour around the edge. Very narrow and not like other pics I have seen.
Lose input jack. Wobble it with your fingers.
Such a nice sounding guitar ruined by shocking quality.

Comments about Sterling by Music Man AX30D Electric Guitar:

Substantially more affordable version of the EB MM Axis Supersport. The neck of the AX30 feels very similar to the neck of the more expensive cousin.

Comments about Sterling by Music Man AX30D Electric Guitar:

I'm so glad I found this brand. I always like the EB Music Man guitars, but I never thought my ability warranted the investment. I'm sure the difference between the Sterlings and EB MM guitars is significant, but for a novice like me, it's really hard to see.
