After doing an extensive research for affordable acoustics I decided to buy this Taka mine because of its low price and superb quality. If you're thinking to spend that money on an acoustic, you'll probably have a hard time finding something that sounds as good and has a good finish. I've tried fender and Washburn acoustics that are more expensive and don't sound half as good as this one does. It has a nice strong bright sound, and almost flawless finish. If you can afford an extra 200 get a Martin, but if you can?t this guitar is a very good substitute.
I bought this guitar from Musicians Friend for a measly ninety bucks. It was brand new, but the finish wasn't amazing. There were a few scratches on it, but you can't really see them. The neck is amazing, and so is the sound. It doesn't really have any features, but for ninety dollars, what do you expect? Would I buy it for two hundred? No! However, this guitar is easily worth ninety.
