I have played and a owned a number of acoustic guitars over the years that include martin, taylor, larivee and breedlove. This is my first Takamine guitar. I wanted an inexpensive concert sized cutaway guitar that I could take along with me yet not have to worry about. This guitar definitely fits the bill. This guitar is inexpensive, amazingly well crafted, looks sharp, stays in tune and sounds great. It is alot of fun to play. I am extreme happy with it. I would recommend it anyone who simply wants to pick up a guitar and who enjoys playing one.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas this year, for her very first guitar. She absolutely loved it. I've been playing a couple years myself and picked it up a couple times and I have to admit I'm jealous. It's got a rich, full, sound and is a pleasure to listen to and to play. This guitar is amazing! I chose it for my birthday present last year and I couldn't be more pleased with it. It stays in tune very well, its durability is great, looks amazing, and it's a great price! The only problem I ever had was that I didn't know how to pronounce the name for a year until someone finaly corrected me. All in all, great guitar if you travel a lot, just starting out or intermediate , or want something that packs a lot of bang for your buck!

I purchased the Takamine G440C because I wanted a base level accoustic guitar to use with my 12 string. I was happily suprised at the quality of this guitar, but I did notice some buzzing in some area on the fretboard. All in all, I am pleased with the guitar for the price.

I bought this guitar because I wanted to keep a second acoustic in open tuning for a couple songs. I wanted a inexpensive guitar for that reason. I can't believe the quality of this guitar for the money. It plays and sounds great, like a guitar costing three times the price. I own several high end guitars and never expected this guitar to be very close in playability and quality to my main acoustic. It was a pleasant surprise. Don't hesitate to buy this guitar, you won't be disappointed.

Man this guitar is awsome!You cant get a better guitar of this quality for this price.It plays really nice and sounds amazing.I also love thats its cutaway,and the albalone rosette and inlays look extravagant.This guitar is just beautiful.Right out of the box it played super nice and sounds super nice.The only thing i wish it had was to be electric too,i recommend this guitar to anyone.If your looking for a nice quality guitar for a low price this is the one you wont regret it!

I just got this guitar yesterday, and all I did was tune it up, and played it. The action was perfect, and there was no buzzing at all. I even checked each string and fret and could not find any buzzing. I also liked the fact that they came with D'Addario strings. And the gold tuners really makes this thing beautiful. I recomend this to anyone that is wanting a great quality guitar for less money.

I searched and searched for the right guitar and this is the one. the value is absolutely astounding. This is a very high quality guitar for the price. Takamine has been making guitars for a long time and they have created a masterpiece. I recieved this guitar for my birthday in september because I wanted to learn a new instrument. I never exprected it to be a GREAT guitar, and it is. My teacher always gives me compliments on how well it stays in tune and its high quality. When I recieved it in the mail it was very well packaged, lots of padding around the guitar to keep it safe. There were no scratches or dents on it when I recieved it either. The one picture that the website provides does not do it justice. It's even more beautiful in person. It sounds amazing and has a loud sound. It's also really easy to play. Don't hesitate in buying this guitar, I PROMISE you won't regret it!
