Comments about Takamine GN75CE Acoustic-Electric guitar:

This guitar doesn't deserve the other one-star review that someone posted. This is a Takamine. If you don't like the Takamine sound, don't buy it. But if you want a guitar that is easy on the wrist, has perfect action out of the box, an easy neck to play, and is very articulate, then you may want to give this guitar a shot. It's not a high-end Takamine, but it's a really nice guitar. The electronics on this guitar are very good, so whether you are gigging or just playing in your living room, it's a decent guitar for a decent price. I got the red, and it's beautiful. It's probably the easiest guitar I've ever played. Just for your reference, I currently own two Takamines, one Taylor, and a custom-built Fender-hybrid Telecaster, as well as a Les Paul, a Stratocaster and the coolest cigar-box guitar ever. Guitars that I've gotten rid of: Yamaha, Martin, Epiphone.

Comments about Takamine GN75CE Acoustic-Electric guitar:

I have to agree with Mydoglovesme that this guitar is in no way a 1-star. It would have to hav been damaged to deserve such a rating. I own several Takamine guitars for over 30 years and they have all been fine quality well made guitars regardless of starter, mid range , or higher end priced guitars. I have a signature F series guitar that plays as well or better than my Gibson Taylor or Martin. You just have to find the right guitar price that you can afford and move up from there.
