OVERVIEW

Small-bodied guitar with big-time aesthetic touches and high-grade ebony tonewood.

In specifying the Taylor Custom-TF-9276 Grand Concert 12-Fret Acoustic-Electric Guitar, we asked Taylor to select a set of Macassar Ebony for the back and sides, and a wonderful piece of Western Red ceder for the top. This tonewood combination sometimes appears at Taylor in limited editions and is always special. You'll find the tone is darker, warmer, well-balanced, and will appeal to both the nuanced fingerstyle player and the strummer in you.

This one-off model is designed with a neck that meets the body at the twelfth fret. The distinctive geometry of the neck and bridge gives this unique guitar a touch of vintage sweetness. It's a very wonderful intimate sound that is inviting to write songs on (or play your favorites). The standard carve neck is comfortable and effortless.

The entire guitar is bound in grained ivoroid along with the ebony fingerboard and peghead. The guitar is finished in shaded edgeburst for a distinguished took. If you need to plug her in, it's outfitted with Taylor's Expression System 2 electronics.

Grand Concert
