Sound is awesome..not tiny but bright. The rosewood echos nicely with the solid spruce top. Mine was B stock took about an hour to set it up properly now it is A-1 in my book. Hard case is average 3 latch. Played a lot of guitars, this one is best value all the way. "look mahvelous" with its gold tuners and abalone rosette inlay. Made in China.
This guitar puts out an amazingly clear tone with incredible features. Very comfortable to play.
I bought a Washburn D10S and had it for about a week when my son played it and fell in love. Goodbye guitar. He's the musician I just play for myself. The Washburn D10SDL is just a step up from the D10S. It has great a sound just like the D10S. The neck is good for a production guitar and the body is solid wood and gives good clear tones. The strings are at a good height and you can use all of the neck. The finish is of high quality. The guitar is a great deal here. As for the case... It's better than a bag.
This guitar is exceptional for the bucks, you get far more than it costs. The sound is balanced and articulate with good volume. The neck plays great and the attention to detail is astounding. You just don't expect so much for so little now a days! I bought this guitar and I feel like a genius for buying it.
I bought this guitar in about 2000. It is 2008 now, and a few years back I moved out in the woods. And started camping out for about 2 years. I kep this guitar with me through winter and summer.. I hung it in a tree. It still playes like the first time i picked it up. And looks about as good. I love Washburn! Wouldent trade it for anything! Get this guitar!
I got one of these as my first acoustic guitar a while back. I have not tuned it in months, and it been on the stand for a while. I pulled it out yesterday, and i was amazed. It is barely out of tune, not even half a step flat. And i never changed the strings. It has very good action for an acoustic, may not be quite as good as some really expensive ones, but for the money, its amazing
Just traded in a 'better' guitar for this one. Sounded great the moment I picked it up. Wish I found it years ago. I have small fat fingers...the neck is slim, smallish and very friendly for little hands. Great buy - period.
