Great for gigs but even smoother on album! Not many guitars can give the power and sound as this one!!!!!!! Play a lick on this beauty and you won't ever put it down!
I've had my Dime ST pro for two weeks now and it is awesome!I have to point out the couple of small things I found not to my liking before I point out the positive side. The color is different from what is shown, it is cherry sunburst (think les paul) not orange, also the volume does not turn completely off so you get a clean low vol. sound at zero. What I do like is the finish is outstanding, the neck is awesome with an old fender v-shape to it. the body is about as thick as an s.g. the mahogany is beautiful and stained dark cherry. The tremolo works great and the buzz feitin tuning system really sounds much better than I imagined it could. This guitar is made in Korea but you would never know. It's expensive but worth it, I am very satisfied and it fit right in with my two Gibson flying V's.
From the heart of a metalhead. Dimebag's influence on this fiddle is impressive. The shape neck and tones all scream Darrel.
First things first: this guitar is incredible. It's very light weight compared to the dime333 I used to own. The finish is BEAUTIFUL! I got the cherryburst finish. However, don't be fooled by the pictures in catalogs. There is a very deep red around the edges. However, it still looks incredible (just not how it is pictured here and on the washburn site). The absolute worst and most ridiculous thing about this guitar (and all the dime models other than the custom USA one) is that there is no hard shell case available from washburn! You can ONLY get the gig bag. The dealer I bought mine from tried to call Washburn to order a hard case because, like any half competent person who just blew a ton of dough on a guitar, i wanted a hard case to protect it! Nope, they don't make one!
This guitar owns all. This guitar is one piece of beautiful wood that holds sustain unbelievably well. The dimebucker is a monster and the reissue at the nuck is awesome. I highly recommend it.
This is the best metal guitar on the market right now! It has loads of sustain and all the crunch you'll ever need! The DIME bucker makes my harmonics scream like never before. This is the best I've played!
