First off let me say wow! This is one beautiful guitar, with beautiful inlays/decoration surrounding it among all the other amazing features. The built in tuner is a nice extra as well. This this sounds ok with the stock strings, but as we all know stock strings aren't that great. So when I ordered the dk20t I ordered some elixir custom lights and wow did that make a difference. It sounds so much more clear and nice. Also it's much easy to play on the fingers, and easier fretting. Also this thing coming with a very respectable washburn gig bag, strap, picks and even interactive computer lessons, this is a steal for the price. My old guitar which was a d100s broke, so I had to get a new one and I came across this one. I'm really glad I chose this over buying another d100s. The dk20t just seems to be a step up from it in nearly all aspects.

I have been playing for about 6 years now own a fender strat and a gibson SG . Alos about 4 years ago I started to play acoustic this being my first acoustic. All I can say was I was excited at first (a year) than I found it to be horrible. I mean for the price it was ok but really... and than I my friend bought one and didnt want to play that so I took it off his hands.(dont ask) and that one wasnt good either. Alright now that Im done ranting here were the issues...One: the batery pack comes out. Two: the action is way to high. Three: tuners are horrible. Four: low grade wood. In all I would say you shouls buy a low grade martin if your starting out, its worth it.bye

Great For The Price

When I got it I was amazed with the look of this beauty, the picture does not do it justice. Thw action was way too high but ot a real problem to fix, just take off the saddle and shave it down. The on-board tuner is a real treat but for some reason it only came on when it felt like the first week, it's fine now. The guitar does go slightly out of tune every other song or so, not a big deal. This is pretty much a beginners guitar so don't expect the greatest sounding or felling out of it.Also remember to change the strings. But it is what it is and it is GREAT for the price you pay.

Gonna love it for your $$$

A friend told me that Washburn was the way to go, and how right they were...you definitely get more than you'd expect. The action is a little high and the tuner isn't the best feature, but other than that, definitely worth it!

Martin

By Martin-bm8pH

I bought this guitar for a second bang around guitar and out of the box it seemed ok for the money. After about 3 days of playing it I noticed while inspecting it closely that the bridge was already seperating from the top of the guitar. The guitar also does not hold tune for more than one or two songs before going out again. Im returning it and buying something alittle better in quality. Its an okay beginner guitar if youre planning to upgrade soon but I wouldnt recommend it.

a guitar for anyone

By Anonymous

from Undisclosed

This was the first acoustic guitar I ever got and I must say it has never let me down. Sure it isnt a high end martin or taylor; or my seagull; which let me tell you is an amazing guitar, but for the price it really cant be beat. The onboard tuner is great and quite accurate too, not to mention all the other accessories this guitar comes with. I would definately reccomend getting the action lowered and throwing on some DR strings but other than that this guitar is perfect for a begginner or just someone that wants a "throw around guitar" that is still a good guitar. I've found that this guitar really shines in alternate tunings. would def buy again.

WAHOO

By Patrick-Ryan

My uncle owns this guitar and man is it amazing. It sounds so nice and beautiful. The downside is it was dropped and the headstock broke in two. He sent it in and they glued it back up. I got to play it for a couple hours after it was fixed and it stayed in tune the hole time. Washburn did a good job. The head looks like trailor trash but it sounds good enough to practice on. A+ for this guitar.

The Washburn

By AdamW.

from Newberg, OR

I did a lot of internet shoping, and shoping around and this guitar apeared to be the best bang for your buck, and when I got it I was right. It has a great sound and better action than most. I was a little worried about the built in tuner, but no worries needed because it is so nice to have it right there to give the guitar a quick tune. My only dislike with it is the pick guard, I am not a fan of the choice of color or desighn, everything elts about it I like. finaly it comes with Mojo Strings and not some crapy strings.

This guitar is really cool!

By Lindsi

This is my first guitar and I love it! I play it every free minute that I have. I really like the looks especially the inlaid trim. My uncle has a Martin and he said this one is easier to play.
