Washburn WD160SWCE Acoustic Electric

Comments about Washburn Solid Wood Acoustic Electric Guitar:

This guitar was listed as a restock. Arrived on time in excellent packing material. Looks and sounds great with only one minor flaw noted in the finish around sound hole, which was expected as the guitar was listed as a factory restock at a great discount. After arrived had checked by a friend who is a Luthier and got excellent feedback. Only problem was when I called Musiciansfriend to ask further details, after several minutes they were not able to find any info other then the brand name and that is was a restock with full manufacture warrenty but the rep did tell me that if it was not satisfactory upon receiving the item i could review it and to call and they would reimburse if I was not satisfied. After ordering may items from Musiciansfriend over the years this is the first time they could not answer my questions. Hopefully in the future Musiciansfriend will get more details on products like these before they list it on their site for sale. I believe this would make for better costomer service. I ordered (with the possibility of having to return it) to see if it was what i was looking for. Turned out to be what i thought other than the finish was gloss instead of satin on the body; however this deal turned out to be good.
