Beautiful white/black abalone sound hole inlays, ivory fingerboard and head stock binding, ivory/black body binding, maple bottom inlay, mother-of-pearl CPX and Yamaha headstock logos and mother-of-pearl position markers.
The CPX700-12 is fitted with Yamaha's A.R.T. (Acoustic Resonance Transducer) 1-way preamplifier system for complete performance versatility. This innovative new preamplifier system utilizes 2 contact pickups that dramatically reduce feedback while achieving rich, beautiful and natural tones.

I've been playing this guitar for over 2 years at about 60 shows a year and it has worked flawlessly! I play everything from george strait to ozzy on it and no problems. everyone always complements me on it's looks and sound and it plays better than any other 12 str I've played and I've played a lot! great job Yamaha!
