very happy with all the features on this guitar
Fun to play. Fit and finish are excellent. Sound is good. Has just one position dot on side of the fingerboard at the seventh fret: perfect! Strings are far enough away from the edge of the frets that they will never slip over the edge of the frets. Beautiful guitar, slightly smaller than a traditional classical guitar, but still big enough for an adult. I bought the guitar to teach with, as I teach in close quarters and need a smaller guitar.
For the past 35+ years, I have been playing a Yamaha Classical Guitar. I have taken it camping, played it around a campfire with my Dad playing his, played it at church, as well as at home for Bible Studies and just entertainment. It has been moved with me over a dozen times, to different climates, and it has never failed me yet! The quality of the guitar is such that it plays as beautifully today as it did the day it was purchased! I had another guitar for about 25 years, but the bridge failed on it, so that is a testimony to the quality of the Yamahas because it still looks and functions like it is brand new! I love the beautiful quality resonant sound it produces, and I feel that the quality of the sound is only as good as the components it was made from. You can never go wrong buying a Yamaha Classical Guitar!
