i have had this guitar about a year and it probably sounds beter now than it did the day i bought it! It has low action and the sound is superb! I have played guitars priced at $1700 and up that do not have a tone as good as this guitar! If you are looking for a reliable guitar- that wont wear down easily, has great tone, and is the best you can possibly get for this value than buy this guitar without a second thought!!the only thing i don't like about this guitar is the following it's not acoustic-electricit is almost impossible to go past the 14th fret

I can play this guitar right out of the box,easy to play with beautiful shiny color,i got my in black and to tell you the truth i have to sell my 110 Taylor which i got couple of months before this.Taylor is good high end guitar,but for me is just feel right playing this yami as the beginer and intermediate player.Folks dont buy high end entry level guitar,buy entry level guitar such as this FG720S yamaha.

I have been lucky enough to be paid to play music. I have owned guitars costing many times more than I spent on this guitar. Now I just play for my Grandchildren. Right out of the box, tuned, this guitar will tell a story! Buy it you won't be sorry!

I owned this guitar in dark red sunburst I bought from musician's friend used. The thing looks great and sounds awesome. It stays in tune and it's very comfortable to play.

Great guitar for the price. I consider it a steal. But I plead not guilty in saying that. Quit playing for along time after my last Yamaha was stolen. I'm a little rusty but the guitar helps make up for that. You can't get a better guitar for the price. I was really surprised by the quuality of the strings. That plus the guitar as a whole make for a very nice rich sound. Love it!

Saw this red beast at the guitar shop down the road and fell in love. Sat down and played it for like 15 minutes. Didnt have the cash at the time so I waited a few weeks. Went today and bought it. The pics on here dont do them justice. They are beautiful giutars and play like it. Sounds better than more expensive martins Ive played. Good to see someone is making stuff to fit the common mans pocket book and still be quality.

I own the Y FG730S and someone I know owns the FG720S. The FG720S has a slightly brighter sound than the FG730S. They are both great guitars for that price range. I will never sell my FG730S and may consider buying the FG720S as a backup or when I want to play with a slightly brighter sound.

I bought this guitar 6 months ago and I very very satisfied. I also owned a Fender Sonoran California series, but the yamaha is much better. I sold my fender and i keep this beautiful dusk sun red lady.

I've had this guitar for about 4 months and all I can say is WOW! All I had to do was file down the bottom of the saddle a bit to get the action where I like it and put a set of EJ11 strings on it and it sounds and plays like a $1K guitar. This is my nicest guitar, makes we wonder what the FG730S would be like. If you want a high quality guitar for just a little bit of cash this is your guitar.

The quality of this guitar relative to it's price is a STEAL. I've played dozens of guitars, Martins, Taylors and some Ibanez but this one had it all. Great tone, good bass response. An all around bang for you buck. Highly recommended for a beginner or anyone in need of a dependable guitar that competes with others 2-3x's it's price
