Comments about Casio CTK-2100 61-Key Portable Piano:

Played it once; but one of the best I have ever played. I would reccomend it not only to Beginners, but also to Intermediate players as well. I love playing piano, and putting this one down is hard to do.

Comments about Casio CTK-2100 61-Key Portable Piano:

I love this keyboard. It sounds just like a real piano and it is really awesome. Plus, I got it really cheap at It is a great keyboard if you are just learning how to play piano because it has practice lessons programmed into it as well. I love this keyboard.

      Step above a childs toy

Comments about Casio CTK-2100 61-Key Portable Piano:

This is truly a 'beginner' keyboard. You get what you should expect for a low dollar toy.I think this is a poor choice even for a beginner starting out-the quality of sound and performance is very poor and would be a discouraging start for anyone interested in learning the piano. It doesn't even come with the adapter cord- you have to order it separately or else run it on batteries like an over-sized toy. Which is pretty much all it is which is why im giving the one that was given to me to my 3 year old to play with.
