While it's easy to connect the PX-320 to your computer and control any virtual instrument for recording, it also makes a great standalone recorder. Accepting SD memory, you can record up to 10,000 notes per song layering two piano tracks together. While this feature is great for keeping track of moments of creativity and remembering song ideas, it also works great as a practice toolâa built-in metronome and optional accompaniment mean you can practice in-time and later listen back to what you just played.

PX-320 88-Key Digital Keyboard

Casio is now in the professional keyboards with great quality & sound. I gig with this unit every week, great light weight unit.
I bought this keyboard expecting to use it as a spare or take on vacation to my my summer home...Instead I find myself using more and more for a variety of reasons... gigging, recording, as a controller or just studio practice...It is light weight and very flexible...the piano sounds are rich and deep...I'm not really into the other sounds, but they are quite extensive and allow the keyboard to present other playing options as well. As a pianist, of course, I look for piano feel and sound quality...better than most on both counts. The only minor regret I have, and I guess I have it with all electronic keyboards is a non sustainng attact when I record direct line in...but that may be my playing style...the sound, however, records very very clean which eliminates a great deal of final editing....Overall a really good value and a shocking sound with many features...if I used them all, it would even be a better value
I am a professional composer and drummer. I have played for over 30 years. This keyboard has a fantastic touch and the sound is great. The piano and jazz organ samples are very good, but the other samples are only OK. Some are very good for background parts however. This keyboard comes with a book of 60 classical songs with the ability to play with the library songs minus the left, or right hand part. Great feature! Give this board a try before you spend a lot more at Yamaha or Roland.
I replaced an old heavy GEM PRO2 and was looking for 128polyphony with great sound and easy to gig with. WOW did this do the job! Layered patches (string/piano) were awesome, deep lows and detailed highs.
This keyboard represents a breakthrough in price/performance ratios. The keyboard action is very realistic. I spent decades practicing on a 1917 Steinway, and I am having more fun with this keyboard. I'm not saying it sounds like a Steinway, it doesn't have the color palette, but then again, it never needs to be tuned, and the sound is better than acceptable. The piano samples are quite good, and so is the Jazz Organ. Not thrilled with the rest, but piano is what I got it for, and there are several very usable samples. LED control interface takes some adjusting to, but at this price point you have to make trade offs. It does not seem like they traded off on the quality of the action, so I can live with the LED.
To fully appreciate the piano sound of this unit, you need a good pair of monitor speakers or keyboard AMP (built-in speakers don't give justice at all to it's piano sound).Touch-sensitive 88 keys, with a "medium-heavy" key resistance.A lot of features and some are handy for use in gigs...absolutely great value for my money. Good connectivity (LINE In/Out, MIDI In/Out, LINE-in, 2x Headphone out and USB port)The 128-note polyphony was the one feature that made me choose it over the Yamaha DGX-620/YPG 625.
