    Best Uses

    • Either Stand Alone Or Kbd

We use this sub in a stand alone setting as part of our main PA! And it kicks butt! We are a smooth jazz duo in Phoenix Az. We have performed at some of the top venues in Scottsdale! Most of our compliments were, "We really like the fidelity in your sound!" This is a great sub in a small package! We Love It!

finishing touch for the Roland AC60

    By John Westcott

    from Stevensville, MD

I bought this amp about 2 years ago to use with my Roland ac60 acoustic guitar amp. The extra bottom this thing delivers is great. Using the AC60 and the KCW1 together produces one of the best sounding acoustic guitar/jazz guitar amps available. Basically providing a total of 260 watts of clean power for my acoustic rig. My band mate also has a AC60. We can hook both amps into Sub add 2 mikes and 2 guitars and we have the perfect little PA for small venues.

    It definitely has Ba**s

I am in a hardcore electronic band, and we have breakdowns and heavy parts, and connecting it with my KC-550 amp produces amazing tones that would normally sound muddy with certain layered keyboard effects, an all too common problem when playing dynamic high and low keyboard parts at the same time. If you play a lot of low end notes, such as sub bass tones or you play for a rap/dance band and want that low punchy kick that will get people moving, you should consider getting this.

Works well for what it was intended

    By Synthrockguy

    from Chicago, IL

This sub only works well for what it was intended to do....be an addition to a keyboard amp (and not a stand alone sub). I bought this a couple of months ago and can honestly tell you that if you do not have a keyboard amp with a subwoofer "out", this sub's crossover will dissapoint you. I played with the crossover for a couple of days and hated the way it sounded. Once I hooked it up using the Subwoofer Out of my Behringer KX1800 the sound was everything that I had hoped.I do love the design. I have nicknamed it the "Borg cube". It is rock solid and built to last.

    Excellent

    By EmersonWannabe

    from Des Moines, WA

One word - awesome. Punchy low-end with the ability to go lower than anything I've heard. Not distorted at all. Sure, it cost more than my actual amp, but that's ok, it was worth it. Buy yours today for an experience you can't get enough of.
