Okay, here's a story that'll tell you something about this board.
When I first ordered this, it arrived in a damaged package. When I opened it, I discovered that the low end had somehow been completely crushed! No idea what happened, but it looked like a truck had driven over it. I immediately ordered a replacement, which would arrive in a few days.
Just for kicks, I plugged it in and connected it via MIDI to another keyboard, and you know what? THE THING WORKED!!!! IT PLAYED JUST FINE!!! Needless to say, I still sent it back, but I felt pretty confident I'd be getting a sturdy instrument in return.
I've had the replacement for about 3 years, and I must say even with a lot of road use it still works perfectly. I don't even have a very good case -- it's a padded bag from the Yamaha I had owned previously, and it's not even the right size. And it sometimes gets banged around a bit. But I have yet to experience a single issue.
Also, this keyboard has a great feel. The action is as good as any weighted keyboard I've ever played. Its only drawback is that it's pretty heavy -- well, really heavy -- but perhaps that's because it's so sturdy.
An excellent instrument. I highly recommend it.

It's very simple to operate . If you are a pianist, this thing feels great . I brake keys on my PC2X Kurzweil . This thing feels like it can take some rough playing .

Great controller for the price. Great action, few features. Better Learn to program your presets on your module if you want to use this baby.

the keys respond nicely and it does exactly what i need it to do. It's very simple to use. just plug it in. I never really touch the patch-change buttons, prefering to adjust everything on my midi module's interface. Since I don't need the three buttons on top anyway, the flat surface is great for putting a second smaller keyboard/synth on top of it. And it's very sturdy and heavy.

One of the most playable keyboards and best values for the money. Playing on it makes playing on most of the other midi controllers seem like toys!
