I bought these bad boys for myself and they are very comfortable on and off stage. I really dig the fact that they feel perfect for actuating my pedals. The last shoes I bought were Vans and the rubber seperated from the canvas less than two weeks after I bought 'em. Have not had that problem with these and hope that I don't. God, I remember back when Chuck's were also sold in super-markets! It seems that the quality has been up-graded since all of those years ago! Besides the nostalgic feelings that they evoke from old kats like me, the black goes with EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING that you could wear. I'll be buying another pair in black next month just for stage shows. That is, as long as these hold together well. Kudos to M.F. for carrying kool kicks! PEACE

I ordered these for my son. The first pair he bought were in black and white. They are of good quality and still being worn for yard work. He says they are very comfortable and he bought the all black ones this time and really likes them. In fact, this brand and style is the only shoes he has worn in the last four years.

I love converse but hate how the white looks dirty immeadiatly on the classic ones. These are all black so they look new longer. These are my everyday shoes. As long as you keep them clean you can get away with these almost anywhere. I have worn these at a suit and tie gig. They looked fine and my feet were the only ones not hurting at the end.

I have gone through a pair of these and am on my second. these show are really awesome, and the black ones I wear are reliable, well put-together, and great for the death metal and heavy metal scene. Really comfortable, and just simply awesome shoes.
