I bought this cable after trying monster and planet waves. I wanted to like them but neither one fit my guitar properly and always came loose. This one fits greatest and sounds great. I highly recommend it.

When I got the cord the ends (red and blue)were reversed, This cord stop working after 3 gigs. Absolutely a piece of junk. I will never buy a Rapco Horizon product again!!!

Is as described - "Y" Cable with two 1/4" tip-sleeve phone plugs that merge about halfway into the length of the cable to terminate in a 1/4" tip-ring-sleeve phone plug on other end. Connectors are Neutrik type with sturdy metal covers. Text on red and blue heat-shrink identify "tip" and "ring" to eliminate guesswork.
This cable could be used with some devices as an "insert cable" for an effects unit or compressor. Or I'm using it for a simplified connection with a Boss FS-6 dual foot pedal to control two different keyboard functions. Well made; works fine.

I own a Zion Hybrid Electric guitar which has a Ghost Acoustic Bridge and a single 1/4 TRS output. With this cable I can split the magnetic pickups to a regular guitar amp and send the acoustic signal directly to a PA at the same time. It's very cool. It also makes a great standard Insert Cable.
